I had frozen Tilapia fill...Very good, spicy recipe. I had frozen Tilapia fillets and didn't have much time. So I didn't precook them as in the recipe. I just marinated them with the spices and then simmered them for longer in the sauce until they were done. I didn't have fresh tomato so I used a canned of chopped tomatoes with jalapeno chillies. Served it on a bed of basmati rice with fresh baby spinach and topped it with the curry. A nice dollop of fruit chutney made it perfect!
