
Ingredients:- Basmathi Rice - 2 cups (cooked)
- Mixed Veggie (Frozen) - 1 cup
- Broccoli & Cabbage - Boiled
- Garlic & ginger - 1 spoon (finely chopped)
- Green chili - 2
- Green capsicum - 1/2 minced
- Onion - 1/2 minced
- Green onions - 2 chopped
- Red chili flakes - 2 spoons ( as required)
- Soy sauce - 3 spoons
- Vegetable oil - 3 spoons
- Eggs - 3
- Pepper powder - 2 spoons
- Salt as required
Recipe:
- Take a pan, add oil and add the chopped ginger and garlic. Cook for a min and add green chilies and the red chili flakes.
- Then add Onions and cook till it is transparent.
- Add mixed veggie and soy sauce and allow it to cook for 2- 3 mins. Then add the minced capsicum and boiled broccoli and cauliflower.
- Take a skillet and beat eggs and cook the eggs on the skillet like omelet. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it. Then take it and cut it coarsely.
- Add rice into the veggie and add the eggs, pepper and green onions.
- Add salt as required. Be careful since the sauce you add already has salt in it.
- Fried rice ready. Serve hot with raitha of your taste.

Ingredients:- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Aaloo - 2 (boiled n cut into small cubes)
- Masala - cumin powder - 1/2 spoon, chilli powder - 1/2 spoon,coriande powder -1/4 spoon
- Green chilies - 2 -3
- Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
Making Dough Sheets:
- Mix wheat flour and all purpose flour with some salt, 1 table spoon oil and water and knead the dough very soft.
- Let the dough rest for 15 mins.
- Then press the dough like romali roti (i.e) thin. Then cut it into 2 and slightly heat it in a hot pan. Just heat it both sides, dont cook it or dont change color.
- Then cut into in the size of sheets shown in the picture.
Making Stuffing:
- Take pan and add oil, little cumin seeds, allow it to splutter then add green chillies.
- Then add masala and add little water to that the masala doent get burnt.
- Then add cut potatoes and add salt to taste and cook it until raw smell goes off.
- Add coriander leaves and keep it ready.
Making Samosa:
- Take the sheet and spread water / egg wash on the sides and then roll it into a cone.
- Then take little stuffing and put it into the cone. Then spread water/egg wash on the remaining egde or side and fold it and keep it aside for frying.
- Repeat the same with all sheets. Make sure the edges stick really well.
- Now head oil and fry the samosa in medium heat oil so that i gets cooked well.
- Place it in a paper towel to remove extra oil.
- Serve it hot hot with Sauce or mint chutney.Enjoy!!

Ingredients:- Chicken Wings - 1 lb
- Egg - 1 (beaten)
- Green Chillies - 2
- Bread Crumbs
- Corn flour
- Soy sauce
- Chilli powder - 1 spoon
- Pepper - 1 spoon
- Paneer - 3 spoons grated
- Salt to taste
How to cut the Wings:
- Take the wings and imagine it to be human hand ;). There will be three joints basically. Cut the small portion which is similar to our palm and throw it off.
- Take the remaining part and cut it in the middle i.e the elbow portion. Now you have 2 parts in hand which can me made to 2 chicken lolly pops.
- Now take one part, scarp the flesh at the slimmer edge and push it down with your hands so that the entire flesh is moved down into a lump.
- Now this gives u with a bone and a lump of flesh on the top. If the flesh is very little we can stuff it. Else leave it as it is.
- Repeat the above steps with the all the wings. Remember 1 wings = 2 chicken lolly pop.
Stuffing:
- Take the grated paneer, and some minced chicken and minced green chillies and mix it well and the stuffing is ready.
Recipe:
- Take the egg wash and mix chilli powder and corn flour with it. Keep the bread crumbs ready in a plate.
- Take the chicken lolly pop which needs to be stuffed and stuff it with little stuffing material so that it doesnt fall off.
- Then keep all the lolly pop's (stuffed and normal) in a bowl and add 2-3 spoons of soy sauce and chilli sauce and leave it for 20 mins.
- Now dip the stuffed and normal lolly pop's in the egg wash and immediately into the bread crumbs plate and press it a little with your hands so that the crumbs are coated properly on the surface.
- Fry the lolly pop in medium heated oil and suck away all extra oil on it using a tissue hence leaving it crispy and oil free.
- Enjoy eating it with any sauce of your taste.
