Ingredients:
- Sliced Bottle gourd - 250 gms
- Onion - 1 medium
- Red Chilli - 4/5 (As required)
- Peanuts roasted - 1 cup
- Curry Leaves - 1 spring
- Salt
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
- Oil - 2 spoons
To Powder:
- Fry Red chillies and peanuts and powder it coarsely.
Recipe:
- Take a pan, add oil and add mustard and allow it to splutter and add curry leaves ,onions and fry it.
- Add sliced bottle gourd and turmeric powder, salt and allow it to cook.
- Then add the powder once after the veggie is cooked well and simmer it for another 5 mins
- Then serve it with hot rice or chappathi.Enjoy!!
